Location: Heatherwood, Ravenna, OH

Reports To: Property Manager

As a Resident Manager, you will represent your community and our company to prospects and residents by ensuring the community is maintained in top condition. You are responsible for maintaining high occupancy through your leasing efforts.

Essential Responsibilities

• Greeting customers, explaining our pricing, conduct tour of our apartments and community common areas

• Following up on customer leads and helping to coordinate marketing efforts

• Support and participate in all maintenance activities

• Perform apartment make-readies for future residents

• Participate in emergency on-call schedule

• Manage minor repairs on all appliances

• Manage light electrical repairs

• Manage light plumbing work

• Assist in custodial / grounds work as necessary

• Maintain positive relations with all community vendors

• Provide vendors with applicable service expectations

Minimum Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Desired Work Experience

• 2+ years in multifamily housing management
